moving ball on alley.

I'm stuck on level 'Bowling Alley'. What I can't figure out is how to get the bowling ball to slide over and go down the ramp to hit the pin. when i am trying to do this fallowing is happening,
1) when I trying to place a object (ball) on the static alley ball get inserted into and touching terrain.
2)how i can make move ball on the alley so it can collied with pins.
3)what should i apply that after collision pins fall slowly.
please help me its very urgent i want to learn work on ITGE quickly as much as possible ....i am very thankful for u !!!!!
