Torque Constructor doesn't work on Windows 7 even with the latest patch, where do I go to get a fix for this?

I thought they moved away from CSG in T3D, making Constructor an obsolete tool...

Guess I need to wait to see it get out of Alpha (the internal T3D tool) before pressing on this further. I was playing with it some last night, not what I need at the moment, but thats life I guess.

What exactly happens when you attempt run Constructor? It runs fine on my Windows 7 PC but i haven't used Constructor that much recently.

I didn't test it with newest version but constructor did crash all times at start up when I had a proxy configured in internet options.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit edition under which Constructor 1.0.3 works fine, but I needed to update to fix a .DIF collision issue, so I did, however, now that I've updated to 1.0.6 Constructor will start as a process (According to the Task Manager), but I won't be able to use the program at all.
Anybody have any luck with this?

Thanks.

Just tried it out and it crashed. Windows 7 64bit. Went in and changed compatibility to Windows XP SP3 and it works like a champ now.

Ken, you are an absolute legend!
I changed compatibility to XP(sp3) and it's working perfectly, now.
I can't believe I didn't think about that before!

Thanks again!

It would simply crash, I have uninstalled, re-installed and just applied the pack update to get it to 1.0.6, then selected the torque constructor exe in the folder, clicked on properties, changed compatibility on to xp sp3, and run as administrator, now it loads.

Anyone have Ideas, I updated Vista to Windows 7 Professional Constructor, TGE and TGB will not load. Does show up in Processes that it is running. I have tried compatibilty modes of XP(2)/(3), Vista/(1)(2), and still the same thing. I have disable aero and composition and still get the same issue. My desktop will change to Windows 7 basic (aero and composition disabled). I have even reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7. reinstalled programs, uninstalled and resintalled. All drivers are up to date from manufacturs website. I run as administrator, nothing.
Any Ideas???
