[very minor issue] on some decals RESOLVED

Hardly a biggy, but ...

artdecalsmaterials.cs (DECAL_RocketEXP) needs it's blendOp changing from sub to -> lerpalpha
artshapesactorscommonmaterials.cs (CommonPlayerFootprint) needs adding -> translucentZWrite = "1";

Or they'll show up with visual issues (banding)

@Steve - What project is this? Is this FPS Example or Physics or a new one created from the Full template?

New Project (full).
Transparency gets banding on these decals because of their settings - others are fine.

I think this is because of the bad installer put up on Thrusday.

If you could download the installer up now and test again. These issues shouldn't happen with the new install.

The new installer sorts out the issue with the DECAL_RocketEXP, but not the footprints, they still need translucentZWrite turning on.
Anyhow, half a non-issue sorted so moved to resolved.

I found the issue... its fixed for beta 1.
