    Are you on Mac, Windows, or Linux? What is the error message you are getting?

    Mac user. We figured out the problem. It was the placement of the ignition file. Dave is officially on the battlefield...so look out for him.

    Have paid here, and received a registration key, but I know nothing about
    any ignition file??? I just received a key code?

    I've searched these forums, and found nobody else with this issue? Help
