Good news, the units are in production, I am a Device Driver Master, Linux Rocks.

my stuff is solid, I wrote like 5-6 device drivers for this platform we made and it is tight.

now I just have to find the GL bug in this driver...

I wrote an app that exposed a driver hang, sent it to manufacturer.

the bastards, instead of sending me a fixed binary, they made me signup for the source
so now I get to fix that.

well today was a good day :)

developed a work around for a race condition in a PVR GL driver.

and I can say this:
PowerVR writes some butt ugly code. :) (not to mention the design)

so now our unit has GL support again!! WOOT!!

took forever to get the actual source out of PoweVR, but once I showed them an application that would lockup the whole system within 5 frames or so, they are like, oh.. ok. well here is the code, Fix it! :)

I am pretty sure this is the same driver code running on the IPhone, not sure tho?

the ijunk thing has the same MBX chip that we are using.

anyhow, life is good, work is insane, timeframes are murder.

I am still building my house, getting freaking cold tho..
I hope to be installing shingles by december.
its a 10-12 pitch, so that should be fun :(

currently just finished the foundation, now starting the sub floor.
next time I sign up to do the labor on my own house, I promise to make it smaller.

man, its been like 15 yrs since I have done any concrete forming.
and the forms I used back then were simple plywood with 2x4 wailers.
