Where to announce a Windows game release?

So I've just released my game, and am quite familiar with all the Mac sites to contact for Mac game releases, but haven't a clue about Windows sites. I'm mainly referring to download sites, but at the same time, anything that covers news of shareware games, or does shareware reviews, is welcome.

I'm probably going to end up using a submission service called "submit everywhere" -- sounds like it'll be well worth the $80 or so the guy charges. But, I'd like to submit to the bigger sites directly, myself -- so I'm aware of them when doing product updates. On the Mac side, the "big ones" are download.com, Apple's site, Inside Mac Games, MacGameFiles.com, and MacUpdate.com. So on the Windows side, what are some of the bigger sites I want to be sure to contact or submit to? (Aside from download.com)
