Mission selection menu wont display missions

I'm using the Stronghold game as a base for a game. I tweaked the "startMissionGui" so that it shows a different background, as well as got rid of the field where the payer can enter their name.

It shows up fine ingame, but none of the missions that normally show up in Stronghold's missions selection screen are there.

Can anyone please tell me what the problem might be?
