In response to a question about "I want to program my own game but have no experience", a little mention of T3D was slipped on to the Text Information Service on British television.
I'd say that was free and fair.

Forgot the Interwebz link. British TV Channel4's informative and witty Game Central, viewable in some sort of RSS feed or Reader, until the end of the year when their funding gets axed.
