GMK Dependency upon physics integration????

by Sean Brady · in Game Mechanics Kit · 10/02/2009 (12:43 pm) · 2 replies

Is the only way to integrate a physics engine into torque through the collaboration of the game mechanic's kit or can it be done without it?

Thanks

It is possible to integrate PhysX into TGEA using a resource by deepscratch but it is a helluvalot easier using GMK. Sometimes, you have to put a price on your time.

Thanks for info.

I suppose your are right. I just didnt wanted to not have to pump more money into torque before getting something going (already bought tge, tgea, showtool pro, c4 engine). I am already integrated physx into c4 engine without any other external programs but I suppose beggars cant be choosers.

I cant even find any info on the current physics that tge and tgea possess out of the box. The last time I asked the topic spiralled out of control to a 40 post argument.
