ZDay is a Multiplayer Online 3D FPS Zombie Survival game currently in development by Arrowhead Games. We are using Torque TGEA and have a fairly solid Development Team and a dedicated community of supporters.
We are currently looking for additional programmers and modellers.
THIS IS AN UNPAID POSITION.
However, should ZDay make a profit then developers will receive their fair share of the royalties.
PROGRAMMERS:
Required: C++ and/or Torque Script skills
Programmers will be working closely with our Lead Programmer (Andy Rollins) to modify and develop new engine code and scripts required for the game such as AI, Inventory Systems, Character Customisation, as well as basic scripting for things such as sound, triggers, dynamic objects etc.
MODELLERS
Required: Able to create TGEA ready DTS and/or DIF models
Modellers will be working with our Creative Lead (Jacob Baird) to create props and buildings for the game. Any skills in texturing, rigging and animation will also be looked on favourably. We’re quite happy for you to use the modelling software of your choice (3dsmax, Maya, Blender, Constructor, Quark etc) as long you can get your models into TGEA.

We have already made the move from TGE to TGEA which lost us a significant amount of time doing the conversion. Also we have a Dev team of 15 members, and while not everyone would need a T3D license, we couldn't afford to buy licenses for all members of the Dev team that would need one.
So for now we're sticking with TGEA. After stage 1 is release we will reassess which engine we'll be using for stage 2, this could be T3D or another engine entirely.

ZDay has been design to be released in 4 stages, each stage being more than the previous but still its own game. We are currently about 50% through stage 1.We have already made the move from TGE to TGEA which lost us a significant amount of time doing the conversion. Also we have a Dev team of 15 members, and while not everyone would need a T3D license, we couldn't afford to buy licenses for all members of the Dev team that would need one.

I can 3D model but have no portfoilio. Do you require this? If you can get back to me soon that would be great.

When are you all going to port over to T3D?
