Car&Mount in Starter.fps

I have tried "Torque Vehicle Resource" for my own Peekarica game. It won't realy work for me and I can't realy understand the tutorial as a Dutch guy.

I thought there were two tutorials about it, I need the one which was easier. Does somebody has the url of that easy tutorial? I tried search but I get every time Vehicle Resource thread.
