*fixed* Project and Debug menus disabled?

I picked up this app because it seemed like it would help me with a school project...

I opened up a .cs file, edited it, but cant debug or pre-compile it...

Using old TGE...

I half expected this to work like Visual Studio, but it doesnt.. had to do some pre-setup.. I think it works now
