These textures look really professional. Is it worth it to buy textures. Im noticing that if you have really good textures, your models start to look a lot better.
Has anybody tried these?

I see that some images in the collections are 3000x2000, some are even 6000x6000. Their bump maps are not normal map bump maps so that is another worry for you.
..oh.and...yes, textures are about 75%+ of a model's appearance.

Before you spend such an amount, I need to say that those textures are meant for Architectural scene rendering.I see that some images in the collections are 3000x2000, some are even 6000x6000. Their bump maps are not normal map bump maps so that is another worry for you.

The only issue is that you cannot resell the textures as a texture pack. You can resell them as part of a game or model pack, though.

You would have to check the license agreement to make sure that you could use and/or modify the textures for your own usage (commercial) in a game. Most of the texture packs that I've seen do explicitly state that you can't in turn use their textures in your own pack or resell them, but most all other usage is permitted.
If the terms are agreeable and the textures will suit your needs then yeah they would be worth it.
