Orange Guy Rig In Binding Pose

I needed a torque-ready rig that will work with existing DSQ animations, so I downloaded the "Orange Guy" blender project. The problem is that there does not seem to be a resting or binding pose for rigging a new mesh. Does anyone have a modified copy where there is no mesh and just the armature in a binding pose? If not, I will probably contribute that myself once I get it straightened out.
