Migraines stink!

Well, I gave my notice for May 25th this past Monday. My boss was really sad to see me go but he asked if I would be interested in telecommuting. Since I've always wanted to work from home and didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to find another job, I said sure! He approached his boss yesterday and she was interested in the idea so we had till May 10th to come up with a proposal. But then she talked to her bosses (I think there must be 15 levels of management above me =) and they decided they weren't ready to have a Support personel working from home (even though I do almost 98% of my work through email). So now I'm back to hunting for a job =( My boss is going to send my resume to a recruiter in Charlotte that he is good friends with so maybe I can get some leads from there. We were going to move my wife to our new apartment on May 9th so she can start looking for a job full-time but there is a good chance we won't be able to move in until the 12th which is her birthday. Needless to say she is less than enthusiastic about spending her birthday moving. Well, hopefully they can have the apartment ready by the 9th. We shall see.
Migraines stink! I got one this morning and it is still with me =( Pain killers can take the edge off but they aren't getting completely rid of it. I'm hoping that a good nights sleep will get rid of the last of it.
Nothing new on the programming front. Life has been too busy for me to do much. I have also downloaded some good UnrealEd tutorials but I still haven't had a chance to go through them. Soon enough I will have a lot more free time while looking for a job!
