Download Code File
THIS RESOURCE IS DEPRECATED! Find the new 3.0 version HERE.
Download Version 1.0 of the Object-Oriented Torque Script Extension. In it are all the docs you need to install and get started. Just start by reading and following the readme.txt file, and go from there.
The best thing about this Torque extension is that it is totally invisible to those who do not wish to use the new functionality and is %100 backwards compatible to all old script code. If you or your teammates don't want any of the new functionality, you can just ignore it :)
Unfortunately, this code has not yet been widely tested. It may have bugs in it of any sort just waiting to be unleashed (though I doubt it, but hey...) That's why I'm hoping to have some people help test this thing out to get whatever remaining issues ironed out. Really, it should be bug free though.
Finally, I'll give a bit of credit to those who made this project possible -
Credit also goes out to Harold Brown, who contributed the some of the code portions specified in the included files and for making a partial proof of concept that springboarded this entire project! You're the man, Harold!
Also thanks to Ben for being a friend and encouraging me to go all the way with this project.
Lastly thanks to the whole communitiy for putting up with my newbiness and my being a general pain in the ass :/
So there it is! I can't wait for ya'lls feedback, and hope you like what I've done. I really put a lot of effort into it! :)
