Plan for Melv May

Our game design is complete and I think pretty solid. It's working title is 'Strategem'. We're already quite excited about playing it.
Although we are two weeks behind on our three month deadline I'm not worried because we should manage to make up the time because of the time off work at Christmas.
The only worry we currently have is the need for models. We have already had a few offers for artwork/models but we have a fairly large requirement for low-poly models. It was one of the reasons why we nearly didn't do this game and did one of the other designs that had lower resource requirements but we decided that this one would be so much fun that it would be worth it.
I'm currently pushing the team to keep the deadline as if we had a publisher tapping us on the shoulders.
We are currently creating a resource manifest for models (which includes descriptions / sketches) and audio sound-bites plus a main-menu cycling music-track. This is scheduled to be complete next weekend and soon after that we shall be advertising.
