The second edition of my book is released!

Now the book is called "How to Write a Mobile 2D-game by yourself" - clck.ru/Ap8C3.

My book is devoted to developing 2D games with Torque 2D engine. The second edition is highly revised and supplemented. The material of the book is greatly updated in comparison with the first edition; answers are given to the most frequent questions that I received to my e-mail from readers.

You will read about a history of a game development industry. By the way, the largest part of this book is devoted to development computer and mobile games. The development of 4 games of different genres examines during a book. Since the central theme of the book is a cross-platform engine Torque 2D, therefore games are built with it, moreover, you'll see a porting games to different platforms and their placement on e-marketplace.

Man, no idea how I missed this blog post, but excellent work!

It's always good to see more books on gamedev, especially when they utilize Torque in some way :)
