I had completely forgotten that I had some of Ron's old art packs. An email requesting them quickly reminded me however and that Ron had mentioned that he was releasing for free to the public. After a quick email and a confirmation, I put Ron's old art packs up on the server to be downloaded.

Go to winterleafentertainment.com/

Under Products -> Free Downloads

thanks and enjoy!

(the last pack was found! I should have them all now, thanks for the help!)

Thanks for doing this Paul. I learned a lot from Ron's work when I was figuring out how Torque's terrain system worked. I had taken it for granted that he had the stuff on the old 3TD site for download, but now that it's gone this is very much appreciated. I'm excited to see 3TD working on something big behind the scenes! Anyways, I was just going to say I may have the Savannah pack on an old drive but I've noticed you've got it up now :)

When I joined this community Ron was pretty much the only experienced artist who helped out from time to time and I also learned a bunch of things from him.
So I think it is a good idea to promote his packs, people will get a better visual impression from Torque, if they have something decent to play with.

Thanks Paul.

And thanks to those that left comments. I am re-uploading my site right now actually. I have had a bit of trouble with GoDaddy.com as far as hosting. I understand that my traffic has been 'above expected norms' so when I was up for renewal... they took my site down. (even though I paid for another 2 years a few months ago).

Anyway, I am bringing it back up and a HUGE thanks goes to WLE for mirroring this stuff. I really didn't think there was anyone that was using it but, I was hoping :-).

Special note to Duion, Thank you. We have not always agreed on things but, the words you left here... well, it made me happy to see that I was not the only one to 'get it'. Thanks man and I stand deeply sorry for my past slights when it comes to your past comments. I stand corrected. Oh yeah... I AM NOT GONE peeps. I am 'regrouping' in order to take advantage of all the GREAT work that the current SC has done. More to follow on that.

Nice, good to hear from you again Ron. Your stuff is definitely a huge help. I learned how to do a lot from your examples, not to mention they are good quality assets.

Ron, a quick fix to help your website woes. Start doing crappier work and no one will want to see it, if you keep up your current standard then look forward to TONS of traffic :)... It's what you get for trying boss... the man (in this case the female actress at godaddy) is keepin ya down!
