Suburban house set pack 01

Hello everyone
I just removed the suburban house 01 pack to bring in a larger pack!
You now get 3 suburban house for the same price as the removed pack was.

The last 2 weeks I have build 2 more houses for this very nice art pack and i also made some more props!
You now get 3 buildings and 58 props like furniture, bath, kitchen, animated doors, breakable window and a lot more.

All the models are build in high quality and all the props let it look like you want life there. The whole set is coming with 4 model format (DTS,Collada,OBJ and MS3D). this way you can use it for other engines also.

all the 3d models and props content LOD. The buildings and props content only 2 large texture, to hold the draw calls low. Only the windows and glass and also the particle effects use 4 more very smal texture.
Every house model is below 10k polygons.

You get a demo level for watching what you can do with the set. it also content prefaps, so you can use the prefaps for fast developing in Torque engine.

This set used 4 weeks of full work to make all the models and the demo mission.
