Trounce Dave - For a good cause!

The Extra-Life event is nearly upon us (THIS Saturday!!!!), and GarageGames will be out in full force playing games for charity. Yes, I know it's kind of a weird idea to play games for charity, but it gives us a chance to do something awesome for a charity that helps kids. Plus, I get to play all the Steam games I picked up during the summer sale and have not had time to play! So it's a win-win!
Eric blogged about what we're doing as a company, but I'm going to talk a little bit about what I'm planning as an individual come this Saturday.
I'll be starting up a dedicated server for Modern Warefare 3 called "Trounce Dave". See, I'm not that good at shooters, but I love to play them. So you can jump in and trounce me. I'll probably be holed up somewhere trying to snipe people while you knife me in the back. My Steam name is "blakdavi" if you want to friend me so that I'm a little easier to find. The main recipe that I'll be using for the dedicated server is Free For All and will include all of the default multiplayer maps for MW3. I might bring it back up to replace some of the single-player mayhem that I have going on in the early morning hours as well. I'm also up for multi-player Zombies in Black Ops if anyone is interested as well. I think I have all of the Zombie DLC for it. It's also kind of a picture story of how I think my day will go on Saturday.
Here's my tentative schedule:
6:30am - Feed puppies and take them outside. This is their usual time.

7am-12pm - Resident Evil: Revelations, Persona 3 Portable
12pm-2:30pm - Modern Warfare 3 - Trounce Dave Free For All server

2:30-3pm - Drive to Insert Coins...This is why I'm starting at 7am (after feeding the puppies and taking them outside)

3pm-6pm - Insert Coins playing, games in rotation with other GG employees
6pm-7pm - Dinner at The D while playing Tom Clancy - Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars on the 3DS and totally not playing poker with the dancing dealers.

Totally not playing poker there...really. I mean it!

Ahem, anyway. Maybe I shouldn't picture-story my day any more... Wife might smack me!
7pm-10pm - Insert Coins, playing games in rotation with other GG employees
10pm-10:30pm - Drive home. Bleh.
10:30pm-2am - Bring "Trounce Dave" back online! Come blast me into oblivion!
2am-4am - Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty
4am-8am - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2 finishing the single-player campaigns (yes, I played through 3 first)
The times may change, but that's my current plan of action.
And the most important part:
GarageGames will be out with force, playing games for a cause at Insert Coins down on Fremont Street for the Extra-Life charity. 100% of all donations go directly to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. So, if you can, sponsor one of us. If you can't sponsor us, join us online or live at the event if you happen to be in Vegas.
Also, if you're around Vegas, there will be booze at Insert Coins. Check out the bar:

There will be a DJ, door prizes (like the T-shirt below), and more at the event!

You can also watch our video streams on the GarageGames Extra Life page.
Oh yeah, and SPONSOR ME to help kids at St. Luke's Children's Hospital!

Good luck David. Just don't enjoy yourself too much at TheD, or you could end up a bit poker faced or Gaga!

@Greg
We can D it up together at the American Coney Island. I've heard nothing but great things about their dogs.
@Jules
I'm going to try to refrain from getting faced at all!

It's not too late to sponsor me to help the children at St. Luke's Children's Hospital in Boise. It's tax deductible and 100% of it goes to the kids. I just get to play games during the event. I'm going to try to get the Trounce Dave server up and running for Modern Warfare 3, but I'm also open to playing any other games that people have/want that I own.
My late-night schedule will rotate to tonight some as I play. I'm blakdavi or [GG]DaveMB on Steam.

Slight change of plans on my schedule for the Extra-Life event. I'll be starting here soon and powering through as much as possible in the next 24 hours. After going to dinner with my glorious family for my cousin Emily Fisher's birthday, I cannot sleep. I'm surprisingly awake right now, which does not bode well for trying to stay awake from 8am tomorrow until 8am the next day. So I'm going to start a little early.It's not too late to sponsor me to help the children at St. Luke's Children's Hospital in Boise. It's tax deductible and 100% of it goes to the kids. The event was a success and we raised money for the Children's Miracle Network of hospitals. Plus we got to play a lot of games (I'm still tired from the experience)!I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who supported us in the drive to help sick children!
