Preview -1 : Game Alchemy Pack# 1.2 for T3D

Game Alchemy Pack # 1.2 for T3D 1.1 and T3D 1.2

The preview will be in two parts because there is lot of things to show but i will try to stay readable to showing the main advancements and WIP. So, it is not exhaustive but it is for give you some news ;). The second part will be followed by the release.

Bug fix


  1. Name of the easing selected, in the combobox don't appears - Easing Tab of the parameters editor-(FIXED)
  2. The type of ease OutInBounce is not in the list - Gui Animation -(FIXED)
  3. The Nav Mesh resource was not fully integrated after the install- bad config file - (FIXED)

Enhancements and Optimizations


  1. The guiEaseViewAdvancedCtrl calls an ease allocation only if necessary/requested and not to each render. Also, it calls the callback onSetEaseCurve only if necessary/requested.
  2. Signals, Slots and Properties from Qt can be used for all scene objects.
  3. The class Item is a bit reworked and now the fields rotate and static are operational in the editor for a preview purpose. (But i think than this class should be entirely refactored)
  4. We can now select, previsualize and set the ambient thread of a TSStatic object in the editor.
  5. We have a new icon in the tab Library--Level in order to create a StaticShape.
  6. We can specify and set the 4 threads available for a StaticShape in the editor.
  7. Below, i use a character because it has lot available anim for the test but usually the StaticShapes are not characters. I define a custom idle animation in mixing the threads in the editors. It is for the example ;)

New Features

All available in editor

  1. The attachment vector for the new objects platforms.
  2. Of course, the objects platforms.
  3. The major part of the scene objects may be embedded.
  4. An cool pathing system for the new objects platforms with several callbacks.
  5. multi jumps settable and scriptable.


Coming soon in the preview-part 2


  1. A new object available, the Dynamic Object(as a platform but linked to a procedural animation system instead of a path) and taking advantages of the attachment vectors.
  2. The capability to attach dynamically a part of the embedded objects that we have seen above, on the player, the vehicles.
  3. Behaviors Crushes the object underneath for the platforms.
  4. The procedural animation system finished.

awesome pack! I just put it on my wishlist.
Oh, and happy to see my 2 trap models :) Nice what you can do in the editor.
