Greetings!

It's been fantastic time I spent on development of GMK and Guide Bot. With Guide Bot not all initial goals have been achieved and I'm really sorry that I wasn't unable to fulfill promises. The real problem was that as full-time indi developer I had to rely on stable income to stay afloat. GMK and Guide Bot provided only part of my budget (but to be honest sometimes they just save me). Thus I have to constantly develop new products and games to move on. For the past year and half I was involved in a really ambitions HTML5 start-up, and that left absolutely no time for other projects (and many parts of real life activity)

Thank you all guys. I will miss those times.

Now the good news. T3D guru and honored member of the community Deepscratch will take over the development and support of the both products. To be honest he's already gave great deal of assistance with the products for some time but now it's official.

Please welcome!

Deepscratch is really talented so it wouldn't surprise me if he came with some positive input to the development of these products!
Good luck to both of you!

Nice deepscratch. 8-}

I really need to buckle down and buy GuideBot ... been nagging to do it for a while.

Congratulations to both of you on your respective transitions. Nice to see the continuity handled so well.

Awesome, maybe I'll actually be able to get GMK to work properly. Any chance of easier installation instructions? Or perhaps an update to streamline getting it to work with a fresh project build?

@Yuri and/or Deepscratch: Quick question. I own the GMK, obviously I should buy Guidebot for GMK ... but ...

1). If I buy it for GMK - will it only work for GMK enabled games or can it run standalone?

2). If I buy the full Guidebot - will it only work standalone or will it work with GMK as well?

There are a few projects where I want to try it out without the need for GMK as a Proof of Concept, but I also have a project where I want to use it with the GMK and I don't want to buy the wrong product and waste my money.

Hope this makes sense. Thanks. Q

hi Quinton,

1) If you buy it for GMK - it will only work for GMK enabled games, you cannot run it standalone.

2) at the moment, it will only work with GMK.
