The futur of these packs or the GameAlchemyPack#2 and GuiKit#2
For the GAP#2:
-----------In the order of the conception/production.
1-Generalization of the animation system for gui with "easing equation" to every T2D-Sprites/T3D-Mesh scene object.( for get a procedural animation system, it can be very useful and interesting for lot of games.)
Quote:For iT2DThe animations system will be replaced with Twillex from Charlie Patterson.www.garagegames.com/community/resources/view/21480
2-LevelUp & characteristics system.
3-Enhnanced inventory system.
4-Enhanced Dialog system.
5-SVG format support.(not in iT2D)
6-Integration of Qt Linguist.(a hot and hard part, not iT2D)
7-Ohter useful resources from the community.
7-3D interface in game(a hot and hard part).(not in iT2D)
The surprise for T2D.
The video below show an old project(particle system for Gui) on TGE 1.5.2 in openGL also will be included in the #2 version for T2D. In game, the video capture on my old system was hard but without video capture, it's very fluid. ;)-
For the GuiKit#2:
-----------------Again more of shapes and variations, always following the design rules of Torque.
May be a date of release, no?
For the Game Alchemy Pack#1, the date will be announced after the phase of test.Quote:The windows version will be very probably released before the mac version. For the Gui Kit#1, i will post this week-end the release date(very soon).

Yes, the artworks are totaly royalty free, all is created by Game Alchemy Entertainment. For any commercial games or prototype of games.
The resources included, have a unique modification concerning the SSAO2 management in the script. There was a conflict with SSAO1 but it has been resolved.
Thank you for your interest, S2P.

For your price table, I think once people see the extent of what all your Game Alchemy Pack does, they'll realize how great of a bargain that is!

Torque has a robust and complex GUI system, yet there are many complaints about it not being "modern". Your kit goes a long way to making it seem more modern. The new GUI controls and tweaked Resources is extra icing on the cake :)

Oh the descriptions are good, and the documentation is nicely detailed. I was thinking more along the lines of how actual hands-on usage of the gradients and animation systems will blow some people's minds once they start experimenting with it on their own. The possibilities for the Generic Containers system itself is something that I think many will wonder why Torque didn't already have something like it before. I just finish to fix some bugs discovered during the test phase, i have to repack the whole for GG in order to provide them a corrected version for T3D & T2D.
When GG will have the release(this week-end normaly) and various paperwork, they will begin the review, i will put more news on this blog.
In waiting, another short video for T2D, this time, showing the new window for the system of animations of gui. You can also note that the look&feel of the level builder has changed a bit.
All the features announced previously are fonctionnals except of course the content dedicated to T3D.

Also, the free resources included - are these modified in any way ? I use some of these resources already, so don't want to have to re-apply them, after making my own modifications :)
