T3D 360 Directional Movement plus Double Jump!

Finally got around to editing the player.cpp to separate the character rotation from the cam rotation with out jumping through 3000 hoops. I'm so happy to finally get this working. My last wall is some weird yam feedback but I'm tracking it down now. FYI all movement is using a joystick dual stick game controller.
