HoO on MacHeist!

Hordes of Orcs is officialy part of the MacHeist bundle!
This is what's known as "giving away the razors to sell the blades". Specifically, giving away the desktop version to sell the iPhone version. In the meantime, we're crunching away on the iPhone version. The public beta is good, but Freeverse and I think we can make this game *great* and so I'm pushing forward with that.

Also, HoO has passed over one million games played. Not too bad for a first game...

You got in on the desktop before the deluge of TD games. Hope the iPhone version is close enough to the desktop version, because there's quite a bit of replayability there.
(WriteRoom is the only other app that could be potentially interesting in this nanobundle, but I already have Scrivener :/)

I'm planning on doing a big stats post as my next blog post, along with discussion of the "attention economy". The MacHeist deal is gonna be a big help in illustrating the concepts there... :)
