Veks public alpha 1.5 released!

The second public release of the alpha test of Veks, version 1.5, is now available for download.
This release adds a multitude of new features, including a persistent online scoreboard. In order to use the online scoring and ranking you must be playing on a dedicated server and be a registered user. At this point, it is not possible to register, so just post a comment or send me an email containing your username and a request to be registered if you’d like me to register your username for the duration of the testing process. There are still some issues that I am aware of in the scoring department. Anybody testing this release is very welcome and even encouraged to run a dedicated server. As usual, Linux and Windows binaries are included in this release. If you find bugs please report them here.
I’ll try to keep a dedicated server running on my home network but it will be prone to unannounced ups and downs as the PC it’s running on has other uses.
Enjoy the release!
(Also, Mac OSX binaries are in the works. Stay tuned Mac users, I haven't forgotten about you!)
