Ninja Rally is a team effort (Amber Okamura, Ryan Kelley, and me!) and we started on the game together in January of this year. Amber is the artist responsible for bringing the ninjas to life. Ryan is the team leader and also the sound engineer and marketing guy. Our fearless manager Chris Cummings devised the epic Ninja Rally plot and story line.

Here are some Screenies!

I did all the coding, with (of course) some community help from the incredibly devoted and fanatic iTGB community. Those who have gone before have always provided some useful tips.

The game is a WiFi multiplayer game and has a single player and story mode also.
[b]Tech Highlights:

>-->A cool story engine I wrote for a retro style story telling effect.
>-->iPhone keyboard integration auto-hooked up with texteditcontrol onFocus
>-->Reduced loading time
>-->Lots and lots of graphics, no crashes that I know of
>-->Particle effects
>-->Vibrations
>-->PinchMedia integration for demographics
>-->Tilt Controls for attacking
>-->Custom fonts
>-->High Scores
>-->An AWESOME random battle name generator

All of these presented unique coding and pipeline challenges. This was my first TGB game ever so I had a lot to learn but I did have a wealth of TorqueScript and Torque engine coding to fall back on.

We took a couple of weeks to settle on the gameplay, which is pretty unique and draws different elements from different gameplay genres.

Anyway, check it out and let me know what you think! This is not the average .99 time-waster but represents 3.5 months or so of a team working. We're proud of what we accomplished and are pricing the app accordingly.

Nice! Congrats on your second App release Dave! =)

I look forward to giving this a spin, and I'll make sure our Powered by Torque page is updated to include this. Great work!
