Wheels 3 Update 1

Hi,

I released Wheels 3 a few days ago and based on the feedback I made an update which will do the following:

fixed DefaultCar turn errors, now you are able to play every mission with every car
fixed a lot of mission errors
switched installer to NSIS to be able to provide smaller Updates
removed some unused things
changed car values a bit
