This is a call for some Torque fun! Post your single best screenshot from your game in this blog in the coming 7 days, and win licenses to various products.
Create a screenshot (700x400 resolution) made in any engine of the Torque product line.
Failure to adhere to all of the above rules will disqualify the entry in question.
Our Cliff Construction Kit's final Torque 3D version is arriving at the end of this contest. Winners will receive licenses to all versions of the mentioned products.
If you already own a license to any of the prizes presented here, you can choose to pass your prize on to another Torque community member. Preferably someone who has submitted an entry in this contest, but it's your call.
If you are not familiar with MarkupLite, here is an example how you can post your screenshot within your reply here:
If you can't upload your screenshot, we'll be glad to help! Send it to: screenshot /at/ bitgap /dot/ com and we'll send a link back at you that you can post in this thread as your entry.
Everyone who is a licensee of any Torque product can cast a single vote on any of the entries after the contest has been closed in this same thread. Voting will be possible for 24 hours after the contest has been closed. Be sure to value the looks, ideas and uniqueness of the entries posted, and choose your favorite carefully.
Many thanks to

Here's a screenshot of a remake I did of the classic Archon game.
The game was done as a learning project to see what it took to complete a game with Torque, and to learn the engine.
I emphasized heavely that it should be as similar to the original as possible, only in 3D. Since I of course don't have any copyright claims to Archon, it can't be relased.
Here's some info on the original.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archon:_The_Light_and_the_Dark
Torque version used was TGEA 1.7.1, with AFX.

Edit: I'm going to pull this back. I am going to be making another render that will look better. I'll post the new image when it's done. (hopefully I can make it the right size this time)

This image is made in torque 3D 1.0.1 and uses Tim Astes model pack.
Tims pack isn't good for games as this scene is only 5 fps with these 4 buildings. (too much bad geometry) but sure looks good. :-)
Full sized image here

Can you do like a collage of images that take up 700 x 400 or does it have to be one image? Like if I wanted to show gameplay and some of my game gui's would that be allowed?

@JesseL: Well, it must be a screenshot.. if you can align your screen to look the way you describe, it would be fine. I suggest you show off the best looking stuff only though, since clutter won't do your work justice. Can't wait to see it!

Awesome guys, many thanks!
If anyone else feels like offering their own prize (even with your own custom rules), let me know! This is also a great way to bring some attention to your products.
Keep those spectacular entries coming! :)

Many thanks to Chico Hermida for offering new prizes! I've updated the original post to reflect this, and also added a new section that details changes to the original post (since which eb and Chico Hermida have offered further prizes).Awesome guys, many thanks!
