Summary:
• Designed and scripted UI and game play mockups for Turbine’s new up and coming project using both flash and our own proprietary tools and languages.


• Gained experience as both a professional artist and programmer helping me to better design game-play with a strong understanding of all elements involved in the creation process.


• Created various tools in C# to increase productivity, including a “Monster Builder” tool that interfaced with excel, windows, and perforce, making the projects monster creation 80% more efficient.


• Designed and scripted unique Henchmen, NPC and monster AI and behaviors.


• Designed and scripted a new improved animation system for the new “Rune-keeper” class in the Mines of Moria expansion pack for Lord of the Rings Online that allowed us to disassociate animations from combat calculations and improve the look and feel of the game.


• Created world changing live events such as DDO’s market tent destruction, scripting cross server interactions that allowed players to simultaneously experience the destruction of the marketplace in an interactive multiplayer environment.


• Designing an Xbox Live game in the Torque X engine using C#, XML, and XNA. Creating high to low level functionality such as handling player states and collision conditions to support desired design goals while leading a team to meet production deadlines.
