Summary:
I started teaching myself 3D modeling when I was about 13 years old. I began modding racing sims around that time, starting with Grand Prix Legends. Eventually I began working on mods for F1C and eventually rFactor. I created the HydroMod for rFactor to roughly simulate racing hydroplanes online. I also created the Unlimited Hydroplane League in order to organize online league races.

I built the website for the UHL from phpBB3, taught myself php along the way. On the programming side, I've always been pretty interested in new web technologies and implemented Live Timing from the racing sim on the website using web sockets.

I started programming C/C++ in HighSchool, went to college for Computer Engineering. Currently work in robotics mostly doing C/C++ although a lot of our OCU user interface is heavy in HTML/javascript/css, so I've gotten pretty good at that as well.
