- I perform network security, administration and application design as my daily job for several thousand nonprofits - for at least the last 25 years. I design in over 20 computer languages on over 15 major platforms (from archaic to modern and Mac/PC to mainframes) on a regular basis due to clientele requirements. Customers also include both US Military and government as well as Microsoft. I am very involved in Open Source over the last 14 years - more so recently.
3D graphics (scenes - medium to advanced) and modeling (beginning) as hobby and personal enjoyment. I have not yet purchased Maya (though it is definitely on the agenda for this year as I have started a club for game developing at my children's school) but I do have (and use) just about everything else below it - as well as many 2D packages that I use in the web design arena.
