'What's New' Resources link color

The 'New Resources' section under the 'What's New' page, uses a different link for the resources, so the links to resources doesnt have consistent colors accross the site.
Concrete example: If I click on a link on the forementioned 'New Resources' list, I will get "already visited color" on that link, but on the main resources list, I keep seeing the article link as if I never read it.
