xbox360 wired controller (pc) input mapping ?

Have anyone noticed some weirdness using xbox360 wired controller(pc) and TX vs 3.0 and 3.1 ??
Have 4 controllers for development and all cant be broken :) works perfect with any XNA 3.1 examples but
the analog sticks dont seem to work 100% with TX3D/2D.

Please advise,

Changing UseFixedTimeStep from false to true in game-> torqueSettings.xml solved my issues :)
