Torque X Builder Key

I am a premium member of the XNA Creator's Club, and I cannot seem to acquire a key for the builder tool. I've clicked on the 'Register TXB' several times and I've looked at My Account but see no product key.
Some help would be appreciated. I've read through the forums, but see no solution except for someone from GarageGames updating the account to include a key.
