Recommended Graphics outsourcing studios

Let's start a thread on recommended company's (or individuals) to outsource artwork for iPhone games.

For me, being a developer, getting quality artwork is the hardest part of game development.

I have never outsourced artwork but did some searches and came up with one I was going to evaluate once I was further along with my game.

I've also bought some of the art packages from garage games to start out with for temporary art during game development. However none of these are complete enough, nor are there enough of like minded packages, to put together a complete game.

This guy advertised here:

I like his range, and intend to at the very least get him to design me some icons for my non-game apps. Being on a shoestring budget, they must sell well before O can afford more game art :)

I put Allied Studios in my bookmarks. 40% discount for indies sounds sweet. I fortunately can make do with art from the Adventure Kit for backgrounds, so I only need characters/objects.

No one else has any recommendations? BTW When I say outsourcing I don't mean out of the country, I mean outsourced in the term that it's not done in house but contracted out to an external company.

I wish I had some good names for you, but I don't for 2D. I have worked with some great 3d artists in the past though.
