anyone attempted a game in the style of...

Hey all,

was just wondering if anyone has tried to make a game along the same style of planetside or neocron with torque ?
If anyone would be interested in attempting such a project on a learning/hobby status let me know, i love the settings of both games aswell as the feel of the combat and would love to see something new like that, a rpg style of planetside, kinda cyberpunk/postapoc setting...
