Key no longer valid

So I purchased a registered copy of Torsion last year, which for some reason decided today that it is no longer registered and is asking for the registration key again. Problem is, it's saying my registration key is not valid. Any reason why this might have suddenly happened, and why the key is no longer valid?

Just updated my OS. Installed Torsion, key no longer works.

A new key has been added to your account. It's not a Win8 issue, it's combination of a bug in Torsion and Ignition.

My key is no longer valid. I am sitting here with my lappy toppy and want to get some work from hand and all the sudden I am getting demands about register my Torsion product.
I think well that is odd so I go to my profile and products to use one of the two keys I have been granted(I use it on my laptop and desktop).
Guess what, none of the keys work...
Could I get some help fixing this issue? It happen after I updated the laptop from Win 8 to Win 8.1.

I can't activate Torsion either after it stopped working today.
EDIT: It works again. I don't know what was wrong.
