Key no longer valid

So I purchased a registered copy of Torsion last year, which for some reason decided today that it is no longer registered and is asking for the registration key again. Problem is, it's saying my registration key is not valid. Any reason why this might have suddenly happened, and why the key is no longer valid?

Yes, same thing here also. Torsion says my key is invalid. I really would rather not use something else.

What has broken to cause this many issues? and will it result in the keys for other products not working?

Problems registering Torsion and L3DT should not cause issues with other software running Ignition.
However, in extremely rare cases (like one every three years), we would find packet fragmentation on a specific user's machine that would not register anything using the system. I don't believe this affected any of our engines or tools using it (as I recall), but it affected an extreme minority of Marble Blast players.
I cannot speak to anything that has happened recently since I no longer work at GG. But I'm guessing (short of the process needing to be restarted if there was a server switch or something where EVERYONE using Ignition is seeing the same behavior) that it is an older edge-case scenario combined with any specialty code that developers have used in conjunction with the ignition library.

When I worked at GG, we noticed that some routers would cause packet fragmentation. Strangely, the same router on a different network did not cause it.
