There are some glitches with the new website. Use the contact form to send an email to sales. They will want to know about these problems.

That's pretty disappointing to learn.
If someone doesn't respond to my emails and posts soon i will have to get in touch with my attorney because this behaviour is completely unacceptable.
I know there are site issues at the moment but the fact that they charge you for nothing and can't even be bothered to respond is extremely unprofessional

man look at all these mad people you know your not the only ones sending mails i bet they stopped reading as everyone is posting the same problems that have already been said to them and they are working on fixing the problem and not talking. would you rather have them read your mails for days or to fix the problem at hand.

Also, i seriously doubt that the people who are responsible for the online shop are the same who are answering the emails
01/18/2009 (2:57 pm)
It's not a case of this or that. If the web shop is not working they should take it offline. Instead they choose to charge people anyway, knowing full and well that the shop isn't working properly. Also, i seriously doubt that the people who are responsible for the online shop are the same who are answering the emails

PS: I have complete confidence, though, that GarageGames won't keep the money, but its really dissapointing to say the least....

Brandon, I understand your point, but not answering this kind of issue is completelly unacceptable. They are the most prioritary issues I can think of, and still haven't even been answered at all. Not even an acknowledge!PS: I have complete confidence, though, that GarageGames won't keep the money, but its really dissapointing to say the least....

i just don't like people getting mad over thing when they will be fixed sooner or later. i could go and buy tgea right now and yet your not going to see me mad if i don't get the product as i know i will get it sooner or later as once transaction go though i know i will get the product even if i have to force them to give it. this is a big company now they not going to mess anything up to where they just take your money that be stupid and they go to jail for it.

well if i was a gg employee then i could give him that answer. i don't even think they working today and i don't think they will work tomorrow they don't post often in forums anyway as theirs just to many posts made every day to spent there hole time reading and posting. this includes blogs and resources.i just don't like people getting mad over thing when they will be fixed sooner or later. i could go and buy tgea right now and yet your not going to see me mad if i don't get the product as i know i will get it sooner or later as once transaction go though i know i will get the product even if i have to force them to give it. this is a big company now they not going to mess anything up to where they just take your money that be stupid and they go to jail for it.

The fact of the matter is that there's too many reasons that this should not have happened in the first place. It's amateur hour at GG. Hopefully they'll get their act together soon. If many people have been trying(and retrying) to purchase products for the past few days...

When you have 1 failed attempt, you should immediately contact support. Constantly trying the purchase could result in no effect, or ill effects.

Not according to the website, Michael. It simply tells you to try again later, no mention of ill effects or contacting support.

So, contact support to see what's happening.

When something is generally going wrong with a purchase, especially a repeat problem, it's usually advised to do so. So, contact support to see what's happening.

Estibaliz- I got the same advice as you (whole billing info in the street address box). Now it's saying:
"BillingCity cannot be empty"
"BillingState cannot be empty"
"BillingZip cannot be empty"
Not only is this a non-working online shop, the tech support doesn't even know what it's validation checks are..
05/12/2009 (3:20 pm)
Michael - sure, no worries. I'd suggest you get the website updated so it gives the correct advice rather than the incorrect advice which has to be manually explained, then.Estibaliz- I got the same advice as you (whole billing info in the street address box). Now it's saying:

I looked up your transaction records and your attempts were failing due to the card security code check (a 3-4 digit code located on the back of the card that is separate from the card account number). Either you weren't inputting this correctly, or your bank was incorrectly reporting a failed check. You will need to contact your bank to determine why the charge was failing if you are indeed using the correct card security code.

i just entered the other number i think its the CVV2, and now, it says that i have insufficient funds.
is there a chance that i've been charged for any of the failed transactiosns before, because i'm pretty sure i should have enough for a 60 dollar purchase on my bank account!.
