Those questions are actually answered in your license when you install and buy torque. To my knowledge with indie licence you need to have a 4 second splash shot of GG in your opening guis... and i think thats all. Other then the new, you cant make avirtual world change, but for a game, thats pretty much all you need to worry about. as for Selling the game. There is no strings. you can sell it where ever you like as long as you have your license. You buying the licence (the 150 dollar one) gives your your registered proof (save a copy of your credit card and email proof of sale just to be double certain. Other then that. Your well on your way. Get your licence and join the dark side.

to answer your model questions. you need to a)go into player.cs and change the path to your new character and b) make sure its setup properly. Its not as easy particularly if your making it from scratch to just slap in a new playermodel. I would recommend picking up possibly the adam or Eve pack in the store if your really looking to swap models. They might save you some headaches.

Quote:(a) The TGE Indie Game License fee for the Engine is $100 per each programmer using or accessing the source code to the Game(s) There are no additional royalties. Licensee does not have to show the Games or publish the Games with GarageGames.

(b) Licensee agrees to display a full screen, unmodified Torque Game Engine logo for no less than four full seconds in the start up sequence of any game created and released with the Engine.

(c) Licensee agrees to include in the "About" box or in the credits screen: (i) a link to www.garagegames.com, and (ii) the wording "This game powered by the Torque Game Engine."

(d) Licensor may use Licensee's name in connection with the Games and in any customer reference list or in any press release issued by Licensor regarding the licensing of the Engine.

B and C are things you do with your game to make it legal, assuming you get and indie license.

A is just deciding which license is for you, and D pretty much takes care of itself.

Houssen, you need to get a animation program, one thats capable of rigging and animation, blender is a free one, Milkshape is a cheap alternative. how does one do it? im not a artist. Try looking on the artist forums and TDN lots of good tutorials to start from.
