Problem with morph animations

For one of my characters i wanted the animations and the model to be in one DTS file. I have some animations using morph modifier (in 3ds max 7). The problem is that the animations using the morph modifier don't play in TGEA but they can be played in TGE. I think the reason for that is that this feature is disabled in TGEA. ANy ideas how to enable it?
By the way the morph animations play fine in max , but in TGE they play badly(slowly and they don't play smooth).
