New resources

Hello all. I posted these resources a while ago and decided to provide the links while we wait for them to be approved. The first is an improved bar hud based on my previous resource and includes an arced bar hud based on the old Realm Wars one. The second is an enhancement to the text list control to provide column headers in the list. Enjoy.
