Some guy is e-mailing me in reference to a post I made

He is asking how to make a mario brothers like world *with the moving background of clouds or w/e*, I told him I think it's a gui, but I'm not completely sure on this, I believe he is using TGE, not Game Builder... Someone Enlighten Him/Me. :)
