Mouse Cursor disappears - Beta 18

I still do not have access to Mantis to see if this is here, but I've noticed in the last release (or perhaps the last couple since I was on hiatus from any level editing) that the mouse cursor likes to disappear on me. Then it will not come back unless I exit the interface. The cursor is "there" just not visible. What triggers it is using any of the view buttons. Just pushing the button doesn't make the mouse cursor disappear. Using the control does it. So panning around the level or zooming or rotating in the 3D view.

I've tried it on my Tablet PC and my Dell desktop. I haven't tried it on the Mac version.
