AI Pathfinding with CTF Demo, HELP

Hi All,
I am trying to get "AI Pathfinding with CTF Demo" by Mark Holcomb up and running but it will not work :(
The Bots are showing up in the map about 30cm above the ground and i can see the markers for the pathfinding and the
team flags.. But the bot will not do anything.. They seems "offline"..
Previous tutorial's of Mark Holcomb i have no problems with to get working,
Anyone have any advice for me about AI Pathfinding with CTF Demo ??????
