Problem with Project Manager

Hi!
I hope it is not a wrong place. I am trying to get Torque 3d ready to use. I have downloaded and unzipped Torque 3d 3.6.1. Win64, downloated Full Template and Project Manager 2.1 (also Project Manager 2.2, i was tryin both older and newer).
My problem is that I just can't compile Project Manager. I have tried to follow instructions and build Project Manager but there is always problem, error etc and I don't have .exe file.
I have tried also to make project without Project Manager (like here: http://wiki.torque3d.org/introduction:creating-a-project-without-the-project-manager) but I'm stuck... just can't go any further and it is really frustrating.
I'm a total newbie and it is a nut really hard to crack :/
Can I beg someone to do this for me? Just send link to ready to use, build Project Manager which i can just paste into Torque 3d game folder and it will work? Because I'm just not able to do this.

There is no version of Project Manager which is already compiled.
It's same both here: http://wiki.torque3d.org/main:downloads#project-manager and here: https://github.com/GarageGames/Torque3D-ProjectManager.
You can't just use, you must compile it first...
So it does not help me :/

On this site it is exactly the same I have downloaded before. There is no version of Project Manager which is already compiled.

The Project Manager as-is is out of date and not compliant to the current engine. It's getting updated, but it's not ready yet. In the meantime, the main method of getting a project set up and compiling/running is using CMake, which we have instructions on here:
wiki.torque3d.org/coder:compiling-in-windows
I'll update the project manager stuff on the wiki to inform it's currently deprecated and awaiting update. If you have any other questions on getting it to work with cmake, feel free to ask
Also, feel free to also hit up the newer community forums over at forums.torque3d.org/, we're quicker to respond over there as that's where the main attention is now. :)
