Zero All Productivity, Where is it???

by Jaret Coleman · in Site Feedback · 06/28/2016 (8:49 am) · 4 replies

It's a game called ZAP! (Zero All Productivity). I used to play this game ALL the time when I was a kid, and I've been daydreaming about it recently and starting to miss it actually. I did some research and found that it's on this site? (sorry im kinda a noob here) so I was just wondering where do I go to download it? Or is it even around anymore? Please help it was a really fun game, if you're not sure what I'm talking about its this 2D game with triangular spaceships and you go around and shoot others.

Thanks!

ZAP is provided as a demo game to the old OpenTNL (Open Torque Network Library) project, of which isn't actively maintained anymore, officially anyway. Source code can also be found on github. And apparently somebody else has done a modern source code clean up.

Hey Jaret,

Bitfighter is a free open-source game that was based off of ZAP. It has improved graphics, added game-modes, a much improved editor, active developers, and a great (if small) community. Check it out if you have time.
