Been trying to buy art packs but wont let me says it's down
Any info on when this will be working again?

As far as I know of GarageGames has discontinued their online store and it won't be coming back anytime soon. I only found out about it when Tom Spilman open sourced Torsion back in February.

Why is the shop then still up?

How come GG did not inform the community?

you can still bought, just send a emal to the autor. Or maybe you can get it for free, some are now free.
